The Terms & Conditions
(not very fond of chatting? Read the underlines only, and you’re good to go)
Let’s chat about it
Where did I walk into?
2055 Limestone Road, 200C Wilmington, DE 19808
What?
It’s Hapy’s Terms and Conditions!
The Address is?
Oh no, that’s just Hapy’s location.
So, where are the terms and conditions?
*whispers* it’s down there.
Well, it seems pretty dull.
Oh no, it is not! Let us walk you through it!
Okay, so before you guys walk me through anything, I would like to know Hapy’s refund policy because I take that very seriously.
Oh…
What?
You might not like it…
Umm, just tell me whatever it is. I respect a company’s decisions.
*attempts to speak in a heavy voice* Invoices of weekly/monthly Cycles, paid in advance or after the work, are not refundable.
Alright.
Not the reaction we expected.
What are these terms and conditions about?
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using happy’s website. If you are accessing our website, we assume you are okay with our terms and conditions.
Uhh… What if I’m not okay?
We’re sure you will be okay once you read them! But, if they don’t quite work for you, do not continue to use this website. There’s always a door for new beginnings, just not with us.
What if I am okay with it?
Well, then that sure is sugar, spice, and everything nice.
So, do I have to tell you if I liked it?
Might as well send us the tickets to your favorite band. Of course, you don’t have to tell us. Do something else instead, go plant more trees. Or sit back and relax.
Will you walk me through the process?
Ahh, yes, I totally forgot about the terms and conditions. We all love a little chit-chat, don’t we?
So first, ground rules.
How are we going to refer to each other?
Well, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to our Company aka Hapy Co.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the client and ourselves, or either the client or ourselves.
So dear client, having fun so far?
Not really.
Harsh
Why would we be using these terms to refer to each other anyways?
Excellent question, All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client.
Now we want to do this in the most appropriate manner. AKA by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means.
Why do you need to have meetings?
Well, someone’s gotta pay the bill.
The purpose of this is to fulfill the client’s needs regarding the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of Pakistan.
You sound like a lawyer all of a sudden.
Yeah, terms and conditions can do that to you.
So except for ‘client’ or the ‘company’, we cannot use other words such as ‘he, she, you, they” to address each other.
Oh, we totally can! Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Okay, are we done here?
Oh no, now don’t miss our delicious cookies!
What about cookies?
We use cookies, and we totally do not eat them.
What?
Sorry again… Going to answer your question now.
Most modern-day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit.
And where are they used?
Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those visiting.
Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
Is that safe?
Well, it should be. Also, by using Hapy’s website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Hapy’s privacy policy.
This is quite boring.
Well, Susan, these are the terms and conditions we’re talking about. What else do you expect?
You guys seem weird.
Don’t know about that, but we sure are licensed!
Now, what is that supposed to mean?
Unless otherwise stated, Hapy and its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Hapy.
Look, I’m not dumb, but I really did not get it.
In short, All intellectual property rights are reserved :).
So I cannot view the pages…?
This is harder than we thought it would be. You may view or print pages from https://hapy.co for personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
So what is forbidden?
Curious now, aren’t we?
You must not:
- Republish material from https://hapy.co
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from https://hapy.co
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from https://hapy.co
- Redistribute content from Hapy (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).
Well, that’s not hard!
Believe us! A lot of people think otherwise.
What else? This is fun!
Do you know what “Hyperlinking to our Content” would mean?
No. What’s that?
Well, people may want to use hyperlinking, which may allow them to link documents to other documents or resources.
What people?
You know, important people ; )
Am I never getting a serious response?
Oops, sorry again.
The following organizations may link to our Web site without prior written approval:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News organizations
- Online directory distributors
What exactly are these organizations going to do?
These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other Web site information so long as the link:
(a) is not in any way misleading
(b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services, and
(c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
This sounds very serious
It is, and there’s more.
We may consider and approve in our sole discretion other link requests from the following types of organizations:
- commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources such as
- Chambers of Commerce,
- American Automobile Association,
- AARP, and
- Consumers Union;
- dot.com community sites;
- associations or other groups representing charities, including charity giving sites,
- online directory distributors;
- internet portals;
- accounting, law, and consulting firms whose primary clients are businesses; and
- educational institutions and trade associations.
Will there be any sort of criteria for you to approve the link requests of these organizations?
We will approve link requests from these organizations if we determine that:
(a) the link would not reflect unfavorably on us or our accredited businesses (for example, trade associations or other organizations representing inherently suspect types of business, such as work-at-home opportunities, shall not be allowed to link)
(b) the organization does not have an unsatisfactory record with us
(c) the benefit to us from the visibility associated with the hyperlink outweighs the absence of a link in the context of general resource information or is otherwise consistent with editorial content in a newsletter or similar product furthering the organization’s mission.
Okay wow! That was a lot to take in!
We know, right?
I’d like to know more about this hyperlinking stuff.
What would you like to know? We would love to assist you!
How do you deal with the organizations interested in linking to your website?
Let’s suppose you are among the organizations interested in linking to our website. You must notify us by sending an email to hello@hapy.co.
Please include your name, your organization name, contact information (such as a phone number and/or email address) as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Web site, and a list of the URL(s) on our site to which you would like to link.
When do you guys respond?
In about 2 to 3 weeks.
That sure is a lot of time!
Hapy finalizes everything perfectly, and perfection needs time. Moreover, we need to approve the organizations first.
How are approved organizations asked to hyperlink?
Approved organizations may hyperlink to our website as follows:
- By use of our corporate name; or
- By use of the uniform resource locator (web address) being linked to; or
- By use of any other description of our website or material being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.
What about Hapy’s logo? Can they use that?
‘Absolutely not’. No use of Hapy’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
The web pages of your organization look fantastic. I’m thinking of creating frames for them!
Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages or use other techniques that alter our website’s visual presentation or appearance.
Oh, bummer!
It is what it is.
Hey, so I was thinking about something.
Go ahead, tell us
After approving my organization for that hyperlinking stuff, let’s suppose you guys change your mind. What then?
We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Web site.
And I’m supposed to listen?
Yes, you must agree to immediately remove all links to our Web site upon such request.
Fair enough. Can you guys make amends in the linking policies as well?
We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our Web site, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.
What if I don’t approve of any link on your website?
If you find any link on our website objectionable for any reason, you may contact us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you.
Are those links always accurate?
Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that its material is kept up to date.
What about the content appearing on my website?
We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising from or based on your website.
No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement of any third party rights.
Phew! This was so heavy on my brain.
We can tell.
Thank God it’s over!
Yeah… about that…
Please don’t tell me there’s more!
Just one last thing…
Let me guess, Disclaimer?
Hey! You are learning!

We’ll make it quick.
