Okay, so before you guys walk me through anything, I would like to know Hapy’s refund policy because I take that very seriously.

*attempts to speak in a heavy voice* Invoices of weekly/monthly Cycles, paid in advance or after the work, are not refundable.

What are these terms and conditions about?

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using happy’s website. If you are accessing our website, we assume you are okay with our terms and conditions. 

Uhh… What if I’m not okay?

We’re sure you will be okay once you read them! But, if they don’t quite work for you, do not continue to use this website. There’s always a door for new beginnings, just not with us.  

What if I am okay with it?

Well, then that sure is sugar, spice, and everything nice.

So, do I have to tell you if I liked it?

Might as well send us the tickets to your favorite band. Of course, you don’t have to tell us. Do something else instead, go plant more trees. Or sit back and relax.

Ahh, yes, I totally forgot about the terms and conditions. We all love a little chit-chat, don’t we?

So first, ground rules. 

How are we going to refer to each other?

Well, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. 

“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to our Company aka Hapy Co. 

“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the client and ourselves, or either the client or ourselves.

Why would we be using these terms to refer to each other anyways?

Excellent question, All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client.

Now we want to do this in the most appropriate manner. AKA by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means.

Why do you need to have meetings?

Well, someone’s gotta pay the bill.

The purpose of this is to fulfill the client’s needs regarding the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of Pakistan.

You sound like a lawyer all of a sudden. 

Yeah, terms and conditions can do that to you.

So except for ‘client’ or the ‘company’, we cannot use other words such as ‘he, she, you, they” to address each other.

Oh, we totally can! Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Will there be any sort of criteria for you to approve the link requests of these organizations?

Let’s suppose you are among the organizations interested in linking to our website. You must notify us by sending an email to hello@hapy.co.

Please include your name, your organization name, contact information (such as a phone number and/or email address) as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Web site, and a list of the URL(s) on our site to which you would like to link.

When do you guys respond?

In about 2 to 3 weeks. 

That sure is a lot of time!

Hapy finalizes everything perfectly, and perfection needs time. Moreover, we need to approve the organizations first. 

How are approved organizations asked to hyperlink?

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our website as follows:

1. By use of our corporate name; or
2. By use of the uniform resource locator (web address) being linked to; or
3. By use of any other description of our website or material being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.

What about Hapy’s logo? Can they use that?

‘Absolutely not’. No use of Hapy’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

The web pages of your organization look fantastic. I’m thinking of creating frames for them!

Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages or use other techniques that alter our website’s visual presentation or appearance.
